Want to save money on a beautiful tiny house by Stone Canyon Cabins? This Riverside park model is for sale right now in Columbia, SC.
The dealer writes, “Selling this unit well below MSRP as a year-end inventory clearance special. First deposit before 12/31/19 gets the offer. If ad is still listed the unit is available. Financing is available through 21st mortgage for a qualified buyers up to 90% and up to a 23-year term.”
With its large porch, this house would be perfect for anyone who loves the outdoors.
The interior of the house is charmingly rustic. And despite the low price the dealer is asking, it looks to be in incredible shape.
The kitchen doesn’t have much in the way of counter space, but if you covered both sink basins, it would probably have enough room to do most cooking prep. It does make space for the stove on the right and the fridge on the left.
Also in the main living space is a small table where you can dine next to a large window. It is just the right size for one or two people.
A hallway leads off of the main part of the house. On the right, you can see the bunk beds!
Here are those bunk beds. If you need to sleep a family in this house, you can.
Here is the view looking back through the main section of the house to the front door and the porch beyond from the room with the bunk beds.
Across from the bunk beds is one queen size bed. Given the beds, I think this house might be perfect for a parent or parents with a couple of young children that are still in the stage where supervision is preferred to privacy.
Alternately, if you don’t have kids, you could just take out the bunk beds and have all of that space open for storage! This would actually be very helpful, being as it looks like there isn’t a whole lot of storage available otherwise.
In the bathroom next to the toilet is a huge closet! Lots of towels and bathroom supplies could fit in there.
The bathroom has a large shower stall.
If you want to better visualize the layout of this tiny house, you can take a look at this floor plan. You can see that as significant section of the house is given over to the porch. So again, you will want to consider this house if outdoor space is a priority for you.
