How much space can you pack into just 8 feet? Quite a lot, as it turns out. New from Park Model Homes, this 8 foot tiny house has been dubbed the “Tiny Manor” by its creator, Park Model Homes. Let’s check it out!
This tiny house immediately grabs your attention with its bright orange door as well as its slim profile.
Looking at it, one is immediately impressed by just how tiny it actually is. It looks like you could squeeze this house into a surprisingly narrow space.
The contrast between the bright orange door in the surrounding gray siding is startling.
Wow! I did not expect this much room inside this genuinely tiny house, did you? Even though the house looked almost uncomfortably narrow from the outside, it doesn’t feel that way at all on the inside. There is a ton of open floor space, a wide open loft, and ample natural light.
It looks like staying warm during the wintertime will be no problem.
While the bathroom is very small, Park Model Homes has managed to find a space for everything that you need. I like how there is a little alcove for the toilet and another for the sink.
There’s a lot of counter space to work on in the kitchen.
Seeing it from this angle, the kitchen counter is even more impressive. You can also see that a washing machine has been squeezed in.
While the ceiling over the kitchen is lower because of the loft, it looks like there is still plenty of clearance. Going with white for the ceiling, cabinets and walls has prevented this part of the home from feeling cramped or dark.
Here’s a clever feature. As is common with many tiny houses, we have a set of steps doubling as a set of cabinets. But what makes this set of cabinets unique is that there is a pullout table which can be used for dining. The microwave was also been integrated into the cabinets. To the right of the cabinets is the oven and stovetop, with a full-size fridge and freezer to the right of that.
Heading back to the bathroom again, you can admire the beautiful wood walls. And just wait until you take a look at the shower …
Gorgeous, am I right? As beautiful as this entire house is, I was not expecting a shower quite this luxurious looking. It also features an interesting shape. It looks like that allows for a small shelf on the right side.
Even with this house’s small size, there is space enough for a comfortable seating area.
If you have been dying for a look at the loft, here it is. Windows on all sides let in an amazing amount of light. The loft already seemed pretty spacious, but this just opens it up even more.
Depending on where you parked this home, you could look forward to some incredible views every morning.
As it stands, there is no railing for the loft, but this does maximize the sense of space.
The light wood colors help to break up all but white, but still keep an open, airy feeling.
What a pleasure it would be to cook in such a beautiful kitchen!
I thought that this home had only had one loft initially, but there are two!
Here’s the entertainment center. I feel like I need to go out of my way to compliment the placement of the widescreen TV, which looks to be ergonomically positioned for comfortable viewing. This is not something which is ubiquitous, or even the norm (for some reason). So it really is a great feature.
The media cabinet not only has a spot for the TV, but offers a number of shelves which could be used to store DVDs, Blu-Ray discs, videogames, and other multimedia. Some of the shelves could also be used for decor if preferred.
Here’s what the shower looks like if you are standing inside it.
A curtain can be pulled across the media center when it is not in use.
