Looking for a unique tiny house which is beautiful inside and out? Search no further than B&B Micro Manufacturing, a company that has engineered more than a few breathtaking homes. Today I want to show you “Stony Ledge,” an intriguing house with a very distinctive look.
I am not sure what kind of siding was used here, but the effect is startling, to say the least. The gradient from dark at the top to light at the bottom is unusual and beautiful.
Of course, other cladding options are available as well if you want something more mainstream.
In the kitchen, we see lots of cabinets, a sink with a high faucet, and some classy-looking metal barstools.
The bar area is versatile enough that you can use it for just about anything. You can dine there, use your computer, or just hang out while enjoying the scenery through the windows.
There are plenty of cozy spots where you can unwind and just enjoy a lazy day. This would be the perfect spot to catch up on your reading.
In this photo, you can see where the door is oriented with regard to the kitchen. You also can look at the cool modern oven and stovetop.
The bench by the window which I shared with you a bit ago is located right across from the bar area in the kitchen/living area.
The ceiling is made of beautiful wood planks in different shades and is angled to keep the space open.
Such beautiful countertops!
A large fridge and freezer with additional storage space overhead provides you with all the room you need.
If you leave the kitchen and walk past the front door, you can enter the bedroom.
Rustic design accents are used throughout the house.
I have nothing against bedrooms located in lofts—they do free up floor space for larger living areas. That being said, personally I am a big fan of the traditional bedroom with a high ceiling, and it is great seeing it here. The backboard of the bed looks simultaneously rustic and contemporary—very cool.
The bedroom door is a sliding barn door which saves space while complementing the rustic décor.
There is storage located underneath the bed.
The bathroom features a deep sink which looks like it might have been custom-made to fit right into that tight spot.
Check it out … a full size bath!
This is a huge luxury in a tiny house!
I really am blown away by everything that B&B Manufacturing was able to pack into just 218 square feet! I’ve seen larger homes which had smaller bedrooms and bathrooms, so this is some seriously impressive work.
