It’s not often that we can describe something as both rustic and luxurious, but the Mount Antero tiny house by The Tiny Home Co. is exactly that! This 328 square foot home has a dramatically rustic exterior with dark wood siding and rusted metal panels. Large covered porches both begin and end the trailer and large windows cover the home letting in tons of natural light.
Since this home is so long, it’s more ideal for stationary living instead of life on the road. So if you have a narrow lot or are wanting to live in a park, this is a great option for you!
We love the finishes and accents that were chosen for this house. You’ll start to understand why we call this home luxurious as you look at the lighting and siding close-up.
Inside, the home is impeccable with light walls, dark wood trim, and gorgeous hardwood flooring. The living room features a jaw-dropping fireplace with a stone hearth and thick reclaimed wood mantel. A large TV is mounted over the mantel so there’s no need for a separate stand.
Looking back at the entry door, you can see that they went with the best instead of choosing something forgettable. Just this one corner of the house shows how luxurious the home is!
The living area is spacious giving you plenty of room to arrange full-sized furniture to suit your needs.
A large kitchen is across from the living room with granite countertops and dark wood cabinets. It’s fully equipped with stainless-steel appliances including a dishwasher, full-sized refrigerator, and stove. There’s also a stainless farmhouse sink with a commercial faucet.
This kitchen really has everything you could ask for in a kitchen with plenty of space for preparing meals and storing kitchen items.
The bathroom is off of the kitchen behind a sliding barn door and it has even more luxury items like a custom walk-in shower and granite vanity. The shower has a stone floor with wood-like tile surrounding it.
The loft is accessed through an opening over the living room and has tons of room expanding over most of the house. The floors are carpeted to muffle sounds down below and the ceiling is slightly slanted to give you plenty of headroom.
We love this tiny house and the way it contradicts itself by being completely rustic and completely refined!
