We’ve seen a few homes from Perch and Nest builders before and they always have something unique about them. The “Old World Vermont” is another one that makes you take a second look with its cedar shingle siding and a variety of arched and circular windows. The home is on a 24-foot trailer and has 300 square feet inside.
Inside, the home is full of fun features like the wood ceiling and unique windows and skylights throughout the rooms.
The layout is open letting natural light flood throughout the whole home and giving it an open and airy feel.
One of the lofts features a closing gate with a lock which is great for keeping animals or small children safe while they’re upstairs.
The other loft features gorgeous windows for great architectural appeal and natural light.
Back downstairs, the kitchen has light green cabinets with a wooden countertop. The gorgeous farmhouse sink is the star of the show with a pretty ceramic light above it. There’s also an awesome vintage-looking stove and oven tucked next to the full-sized refrigerator on the opposite side of the kitchen.
Here you get a glimpse of the cool stove! You can also see that the staircase leading to the main loft has tons of storage build into every step.
The home’s bathroom may be the best part, though! The door is actually a sliding storage case with shelves for toiletries and towels. It slides next to the magnificent tiled shower with a beautiful flowered floor.
There’s also a flushable toilet, sink, and more storage in a rustic cabinet across from the toilet.
The shower is truly beautiful from every angle! We can’t get enough of it!
The lovely floor continues throughout the bathroom and highlights the custom sink made from an old sewing machine!
As if the inside wasn’t impressive enough, you also have tons of storage on the outside.
The home also has a collapsible deck which can be folded up when on the road and folded out when you’re ready to enjoy it!
We’re truly blown away by this incredible tiny house! If you’d like for Perch and Nest to build you your own awesome home, check out their website at http://www.perchandnest.com/.
