Tiny Houses sometimes have a way of making you feel a bit cramped which could be a problem for many people. However, Mint Tiny House Company has designed a tiny house that is anything but cramped! The Loft model starts at $58,000 for a 24-foot trailer and we think it’s worth every penny for the space you’ll get!
The tiny house has beveled cedar siding and a charcoal gray metal roof. You also have 2-foot overhangs on both ends and an exterior door on each side.
Inside you have 10-foot high dark wood ceilings with white tongue and groove wood paneling. And just look at all of that room! Here is the first of two lofts that led to the name of this model.
The living area has huge sash windows that can be opened up to let fresh air in. You can also have a fold-down table and futon seating built-in and customized to your liking.
The kitchen in this tiny house is anything but tiny! Look at how huge that thing is! Those counters go on for days!
The countertops are 24” butcher block tops which are great for cooking and only get better with age.
You have a stainless-steel sink and a stove/oven combo plus plenty of cabinet storage. If you want, you could even install open shelving on the walls for your plates. And of course, there are the gorgeous exposed beams!
This kitchen comes with high-end touches that you may not find in other tiny houses including a lazy-susan in the corner cabinet and great dividers in the drawers.
The bathroom has a huge full-sized shower stall, a shiny wall mounted sink, and of course a toilet. We love how they continued the exposed beams even in this small space!
Here is first of three sleeping areas! The downstairs bedroom is 54”x96” and is perfect for a smaller mattress. You could also have hookups installed to make this a laundry room.
Upstairs is the secondary loft with a sleeping area which is 9’x7’ with over 3 feet of headroom. You have two side windows and can have shelving installed on the entry side of the loft.
The main loft sleeping area is 9’x4’ and has 24” sidewalls with two large windows.
So, that’s three sleeping areas, one full bathroom, and a huge kitchen! Is your head in the clouds like ours? This is a great tiny house for a family to travel the country in or simply discover the freedom that comes with tiny house living!
