At the risk of sounding like a broken record, we’re saying it again: Tiny Heirlooms makes some of the most beautiful tiny homes we’ve ever seen! One of their latest builds is the “Tiny Craftsman” which was built for a couple that wanted a tiny house that was both economical and flexible. The 220 square foot home features many of the Craftsman-style touches like thick molding, trim, and cedar shake shingles. There’s also a massive 160 square foot rooftop deck giving the family a place to enjoy the view and get outside.
Inside, creamy white shiplap walls and wood accents make the home trendy yet classic as well as making the home feel bright and open. Wide planks on the floor give the home a high-end feel and stand out from the typical vinyl floors you often see.
The living room is spacious with a full-sized couch and table that can be expanded and used as a dining table. A wide window lets natural light flood in and gives you a great view while relaxing.
The kitchen is also spacious with dark wood cabinets and light granite countertops. A large apron sink is in the center of the counter with full-sized appliances and plenty of room for storage. At the end of the cabinets, you have a laundry nook with a combo machine and space above for hanging clothes. Beyond that is what appears to be an exquisite bathroom however this is the only shot of it! From what we can see though, you have a large soaking tub sitting in front of a massive window.
Across from the kitchen is an innovative staircase that stores inside of itself. When you’re ready to go upstairs, you simply slide the lower portion out!
Upstairs is a separate lounge area with a TV mounted on the wall. This space could also be used as a guest bedroom when needed. A nook off of the room takes you up to the rooftop deck by a ladder.
On the other side of the second floor is the master bedroom with a beautiful wood ceiling, skylights, and plenty of space for a cozy bed to comfortably fit.
We love this tiny house and are positive that the new owners feel the same way!
