On first look at the Elm by Tumbleweed Tiny Houses, you’ll think you hit the jackpot. The natural wood look of this model is absolutely stunning and makes it perfect for a woodsy retreat or lakeside cabin. However, it’s when you walk inside that you really get blown away.
First, let’s cover the specifics. The Elm is modeled after the first tiny house from Tumbleweed. It has a fully functional front porch and a gorgeous lancet window overlooking the said porch.
This is an RVIA Certified Travel Trailer RV and comes with standard RV hookups for electricity and water. You can literally take it with you when you go!
The company will also deliver it right to your door and the prices are amazing. They offer two sizes, a 20 foot long and a 26 foot long with 187 feet and 255 feet of space respectively.
Each sleeps up to three people comfortably, and cost around $60,000 to $70,000, depending on the size that you choose.
Here’s a look at the Elm with a red and white exterior. This is a classic, retro-looking exterior, and although I really love the natural wood look, this is also a great choice.
Here’s the exterior in natural wood. The company gives you a number of design options, but this rustic cabin look simply has to be their most popular.
Now, let’s look inside. The interior is also done in natural wood and it is absolutely breathtaking! Everything about this model just screams peace and quiet.
Here’s a close up of the interior. Note how much actual space you have. Three people could definitely sleep in here with plenty of space between them.
The loft bedroom holds a queen-sized bed easily and notes that little corner spot where the plant is sitting. You could use that for a night side table, television, or whatever you need.
The kitchen is definitely my favorite area. From the stainless steel appliances to the walk around space, this is one of the most spacious kitchens I’ve seen in a tiny house.
Here’s a look at how the kitchen and living room integrate into each other. There’s so much space to walk around!
That couch is a futon that makes another bed and you could probably get a larger one that sleeps two people if you need your home to sleep four.
The entryway/dining area is gorgeous. The natural wood really does bring out the peace in you and the use of wrought iron dining table and chairs just really brings the design together. I love that there’s room for a little café table. Imagine enjoying your morning cup of coffee in here!
If you’re looking for the ultimate in luxury but at the ultimate in affordability, the Elm is definitely one to consider. from the natural wood inside and out to the huge amount of space, you certainly can’t go wrong with this one. Plus, the company offers financing options that give you really affordable monthly payments with just a small down payment. You just can’t ask for any better than that!
