Mini Mansions Tiny Homes is a company out of Missouri that recently built a fun tiny house that takes advantage of Pantone’s Color of the Year: Greenery. The 241 square foot house manages to not overdo the bright color and instead delivers a fresh look to the tiny house world. This punchy model with a gray exterior and green door recently sold for $38,900.
Inside, the home is mostly white with wood and green accents throughout. The living room is in the center of the home separating the kitchen and bathroom. There are also two lofts with their own ladder access.
A fold-out table is at the base of the main loft ladder and can be used for dining when needed and folded flat when not in use. A TV was mounted on the wall to eliminate the need for a TV stand and save on valuable floorspace.
The living room also has a custom sofa with storage below the bench and room for a small armchair at the end of the couch.
The kitchen has white cabinets with tons of storage in both drawers and deep closed cabinets. The countertops are butcher block and you have room for a large cooktop and compact refrigerator.
There’s also a large double-basin stainless steel sink with a sliding window above it to let fresh air breeze through the kitchen.
The bathroom is on the other end of the house with a sliding barn door and a large storage cabinet next to the entry. The loft that’s above the bathroom can be accessed by a telescopic ladder and there’s room for a twin mattress or it can be used for storage.
The bathroom has white beadboard walls with a flushable toilet, sink, medicine cabinet, and shower stall.
Up in the main loft, you have tall ceilings for head clearance and space for a king-sized mattress to comfortably fit.
We love how this tiny house used fun pops of color without feeling overwhelming! Where can you incorporate color into your own tiny house?
