Today I would like to share a gorgeous tiny house with you which was delivered to a couple in Spokane, Washington.
Usually, I just have photos of the house to share, but today I also have some photos of the delivery. I get a lot of questions about delivering tiny houses, including where they can be shipped to, how much it costs to ship a tiny house, and whether tiny houses can be parked in certain locations.
The tiny house was designed by Park Model Homes. The company photographed the delivery process because the lot that the house needed to be parked in was particularly narrow and difficult to back the house into.
But even with challenging delivery situations like these, it is possible to get a tiny house carefully into a narrow lot without any damage either to the home or the surrounding lot.
In this photo, you can see that while there is a house to one side of the lot, the other side features beautiful trees, as does the back. It is certainly a scenic spot at a tiny house.
This photo not only shows you the delivery process from a different angle, but also the other side of the tiny house as well.
The house has a rustic character, with the standout feature being the front porch with its beautiful roof.
Generally, I prefer to share photos of tiny house interiors where we do not have people blocking the view at all, but this photo actually does a good job giving you a sense of scale for the interior of the home. Often, that can be hard to picture with no one in the frame.
The home was delivered with a kitchen all set up and ready to go, complete with a microwave, double sink, oven and cooktop. Check out all the counter space in the foreground, and notice the eye-catching backsplash.
The lucky owners of this tiny house have this roomy shower to use.
This is what the rest of the bathroom looks like. That little extra bit of extra countertop over the toilet doesn’t provide much in the way of practical space, but it could be used for storing washcloths or other small items, or for adding some decor.
Standing in the kitchen, this is the view of the living area, the porch, and the view through the windows. While it is obstructed in this shot by the delivery truck, you can still glimpse some of the greenery beyond.
This is another shot where I’m almost excited about the presence of somebody in the frame because you really get a feel for how large the loft is!
Here is the kitchen again, this time without anyone else in the frame. Now you can admire the beautiful wood cabinets. I think the floor is also a lovely and unexpected feature. I’m not sure what the flooring material is, but it really adds to the elegance of the space.
