If you’re wanting the perfect family-friendly tiny house and you’re not wanting to wait on lengthy construction, this next Kanga Room model is for you! The 16×26 Cottage Cabin is another prefab model by the company that cuts down on waste and construction time. This model looks right at home on a big piece of land with kids and animals running all over the place!
This home is all about the country life with deep covered porches and a covered porch/carport off of the main house.
The carport has built-in storage and an L-shaped craft desk in one corner. It’s also the perfect place to set up a table for dinner outside!
We love the charming details on this house with the yellow siding and red trim. It’s automatically welcoming as you walk up the steps to the glass French doors.
Inside, the home has soaring pitched ceilings covered in pine and red-painted beams. The main level is open with a bedroom and bathroom coming off of it and a ladder extending to the loft above.
The living area is on the front of the home and features a full-sized sectional couch giving you plenty of room to lounge.
Across from the living room is a well-equipped kitchen with custom cabinets, a full-sized refrigerator, cooktop, and built-in microwave – everything you need to prepare quick meals on the farm.
A closet is on the other side of the refrigerator and inside is a stackable washer and dryer machine.
The bathroom is located off of the kitchen and it also can be accessed from the master bedroom through a pocket door.
A full-sized tub and shower combo is inside with sliding glass doors as well as a large sink vanity and flushable toilet.
The master bedroom is spacious with room for a queen-sized bed and additional furniture. A ceiling fan keeps the room cool and a door gives easy access to the room from the outside.
The loft is reached by a sturdy ladder that extends into the living room and is blocked off by rails for safety.
In the loft, you have room for two twin-sized beds and smaller furniture while still leaving plenty of room for playing on the floor.
We love the homey feeling of this tiny house and can just picture years of fun at this fun home by Kanga Room Systems.
