While a lot of people who build and buy tiny houses are dreaming big, they may not realize that the tiny-house lifestyle is not what they are looking for until the last minute. Sometimes, plans simply change. The upshot of this is that a surprising number of brand-new, beautiful tiny houses often make their way onto the market at amazingly low prices. This is such a house.
The house is presently located in Wesley Chapel, FL. It was constructed just last year, and is therefore in excellent condition.
The white siding and the dark metal roofing contrast beautifully. The simplicity of the home is its charm, inside and out.
Measuring 28.5 x 8.5 feet, it offers 320 square feet of living space (this includes the loft). There is spray foam insulation in the walls, floors and ceiling, ensuring that the home is comfortable year-round no matter where you park it.
Shiplap interior siding and stunning hardwood flooring provide for an elegant look which could easily be customized to fit any taste in terms of colors and décor. The colors which are present in the home as it is are completely neutral.
The kitchen already has an apartment-sized fridge and freezer unit, an oven, a cooktop, and a large sink with a high faucet. Light blue cabinetry offers a splash of color, but is sedate enough to blend in with the neutral tones around it. There is a little shelf installed above the counter, and a beautiful light fixture overhead. You can also see the loft from here.
The home has not been furnished. Looking at this empty space just waiting to be filled, you can imagine the possibilities.
The ceiling is definitely among the home’s most artistic and unique features.
The vanity in the bathroom is entirely minimalist. There is no counter, simply a little farmhouse-style sink. Its slim profile keeps it as close to the wall as possible, providing more space around the toilet.
The loft is pretty much your standard tiny house loft, small with a low ceiling. The long windows to either side let in light and enhance the sense of space. The contrast between the white walls in the dark ceiling also seems to assist with this.
The windows seem to wrap around the walls, with the door contributing to this effect. Even though the living space is quite tiny, this makes it feel anything but cramped. Instead, there is a sense that you are connected with the outdoors, but still in a cozy little space of your own.
Minimizing the space that the toilet and vanity in the bathroom take up allows as much space as possible for the shower.
The window behind the toilet brings light into the bathroom.
Along with all of the features you’ve seen in these photos, the house comes with a split system for heating and air conditioning. There are leveling jacks on all four corners of the house.
As mentioned before, the price for this home is $45,000. But the owner is open to negotiation and will consider the best offer. To learn more, view the home’s listing here.
