The HGTV show, Tiny House Hunters has tons of fans and has inspired many people to design and build their own tiny house. One of those couples built this incredible home in Tennessee. It’s 24 feet long and has 280 square feet inside which includes everything you could want in a house!
Size: 24’ long, 280sf
Location: Tennessee
Availability: For Sale
The exterior is made with cedar and has dark green metal accents and a wrought-iron deck that folds up for storage.
While it doesn’t have any off-grid capabilities, it has plenty of charm so we wouldn’t want to hide this gem in the wilderness, anyway! The couple have actually to move on to their next dream home so this house and everything in it is currently for sale for just $48,000!
Inside, the walls are made from whitewashed pine and are a nice contrast to the darker hardwood floors throughout the home. The living area has plenty of seating with the sofa couch and the cute chair that fits perfectly in the little nook. Built-in shelving and a mini-loft give tons of room for storage.
In the kitchen, a bright tile backsplash gives a nice pop to the area and goes well with the dark wood countertops. White cabinets provide plenty of storage and a small dishwasher is built into the cabinets as well.
A small table can be popped up when needed for either dining or a work area. When not needed, it folds flat against the kitchen cabinets.
The long kitchen has a full-sized oven and stove with a hood for ventilation. You also have a deep stainless-steel sink below the window. All of the appliances are Whirlpool so you know they’ll last for years!
On the other side of the kitchen, you have a large refrigerator built into the cabinets below the loft. The staircase has storage built into the steps so you have plenty of space for larger items that you want to keep out of sight.
The larger cabinet is great for clothing storage.
On the other side of the kitchen, you have a large bathroom with a huge tub and shower combo and sink area.
A stackable washer and dryer unit is tucked into the corner next to the full-sized toilet. When you need privacy, you just slide the barn door between the bathroom and kitchen.
The bathroom has an instant, on-demand hot water heater which you’ll be thankful for on cold mornings!
Here you can see what the kitchen looks like with the bathroom door closed. We love the sliding hardware and the industrial feel it gives the sleek area.
Upstairs in the loft, a comfy mattress is set up with a wall full of organizers including cubbies and clothing rods.
A large window will let in plenty of light and fresh air when open. Or you can read under the lights of the wall sconces.
We can’t believe this incredible tiny house is up for grabs! If you’re looking to make the move to a simpler lifestyle and experience freedom like never before, you should head on over and check out the listing at tinyhouselistings.
