The Hamptons are known for being a vacation spot for the rich and famous and it’s not hard to see why with its rolling green acres surrounded by the beautiful ocean. Most homes on the island are massive with room for large parties and spreading out. However, we found a cozy tiny house that’s quite the opposite. This two bedroom, one bath is intimate and charming with a separate artists’ studio on 1/5 acre lot.
The interior of the home is decorated simply yet with impeccable taste and style. The neutral walls are complimented warmly by the wide-planked wood ceiling and hardwood floors. Off of the living area, the small kitchen has a tiled floor and custom cabinets with a free-standing island and full-sized refrigerator.
This gorgeous home has two bedrooms for guests one of which has a full-sized bed with a picturesque window and wood ceiling.
The second bedroom has two windows giving you tons of natural light and a welcoming twin-sized bed.
Both rooms have the use of this incredible bathroom with an antique claw-foot tub with shower head. We love the special touches in this room like the old mirror and sconces.
Down the path from the main house is a studio for artists and readers. There’s a long work bench with plenty of storage for supplies and you even have a small table to enjoy a cup of tea at while taking a break from your creations.
This home didn’t sit on the market long and it’s easy to see why!
