SimBLISSity Tiny Homes is a company that we’ve recently stumbled upon and we cannot get enough of their incredible tiny houses so we’ll be sharing a few of them with you in the future. First up is the 24’ Stone Cottage which is absolutely exquisite in every detail! They didn’t list a size but it looks like it’s around 240 square feet.
As you can tell from the outside, this is no ordinary tiny house! These homes are made with the finest materials including stacked stone on the exterior and a metal roof.
The homes are built on trailers for easy portability and a stone façade can be added to cover the wheelbase when stationary if desired.
The inside of this home is breathtaking with gorgeous wood detail on every surface including the ceiling and floors. We love the pitched roofline and the hardwood floors!
The living area has a large built-in couch with a stone accent wall behind it and large windows on each side. The couch looks like it can also be converted into a bed for guests.
While relaxing on the huge couch, you can stay warm by this cozy fireplace with room for a TV on top.
The living area is large enough to entertain your guests or enjoy peace and quiet while lounging by yourself.
The kitchen has a large countertop with plenty of prep room and open shelving.
You have a two-burner gas cooktop as well as tons of cabinets for all the storage you could need.
Even the sink is beautiful! The small copper sink is perfect for the kitchen and deep enough for dishes.
On the other side of the kitchen is a long pop-up table for dining while looking out the large window.
In the bathroom, you have a compact toilet next to a large storage closet with frosted glass.
The bathroom also has a huge stone shower and a beautiful sink area.
The loft bedroom is reached by this custom staircase that’s compact but much easier to navigate than a ladder.
Upstairs, you have enough room for a king-sized mattress and built-in storage. The pitched roof gives you plenty of headroom and they even installed carpet which is much softer on your knees when crawling into bed! The large windows make sure that you get plenty of fresh air and light when upstairs.
This home is truly beautiful! We’re excited to show you more from these talented builders!
