Molecule Homes is a tiny house builder that consistently puts out gorgeous homes that take our breath away so we’ve decided it was time to share some of their models with you! The first one up is The Pacific which is a moody blue tiny house measuring 8×22 and which sold for $65,000.
The exterior of the home has two beautiful shades of blue with light wood accents and white windows that pop off the sea of blue.
A small storage compartment was added over the hitch of the trailer to hold bulky items and save on space inside.
The interior of the home shows off the natural beauty of wood on all surfaces. We especially love the wide hardwood planks and the exposed beams.
The loft is reached by a full-sized staircase with storage built into the steps. This setup is much easier to maneuver than a ladder in the middle of the night!
The kitchen is fully equipped with tons of custom cabinets and a stainless steel countertop and sink. A compact stove and oven were dropped in with a stainless steel backsplash that matches the countertops.
The living area is just inside the double-door entry and has enough room for furniture and storage pieces. The two windows and glass on the doors let natural light stream in to keep the room bright and fresh.
Upstairs in the loft, there’s enough room for a large bed and the pitched roof gives you plenty of headroom.
The bathroom features a slim vanity with a molded sink and a medicine cabinet above to store your toiletries out of sight.
The shower stall is full-sized and has a stone surround.
A small laundry nook is tucked next to the shower and has a combo washer/dryer machine and storage above.
This home is warm and cozy and you can have your own version!
