The Fontana by Cornerstone Tiny Homes may only have 28 feet on the outside, but it’s got a world of space on the inside. Seriously, this is one of the smallest houses that I’ve looked at and one of the absolute best in terms of storage and general use of space.
The client who purchased this parked it in an RV park in Palmdale, Florida, and now uses the little home as a weekend getaway.
The great thing is there is so much space that you could easily spend a week or more here and never get tired of it. When you want to escape from the real world, this is definitely a model to consider.
It starts with the outside, which doesn’t look very big, but are you going to be surprised when you step inside! The exterior is sort of cut and dry and those higher windows are great for letting in that Florida sun.
Here you can see the air conditioner and condenser. It’s hidden away nicely outside and you’re certain to need the air conditioner if you’re going to be in Florida. This little house has all the modern amenities you could ever need.
There’s even a little space outside for the tankless hot water heater. Tankless water heaters by the way are so great. They give you all the hot water you need on demand. So while you’re living it up in this gorgeous little house, you’ll never run out of hot water for cooking or showering.
And here’s one of the best parts about this particular model. It has an outdoor shower. This is perfect for the beach. You can wash off all that sand before you go inside. This custom house definitely has all the features of your dream home.
Here’s a look at the inside. Notice the natural wood look of the staircase – beautiful! Plus, there’s loads of storage underneath the stairs.
And more storage space. This little pull out table is great!
It even has a little television and Blu Ray cubby!
Take a look at the loft bedroom, and again, note all that storage space! You could stay here for much longer than a weekend and have plenty of room for keeping everything you need with you.
This one even comes with a great built-in desk….with more storage, of course.
And…the desk makes a bed! So you can have company sleep over and the Murphy bed folds right up into the desk. This is an amazing feature!
Here’s a look at the modern kitchen, complete with every amenity you could possibly need, right down to the apartment sized refrigerator.
Stackable washer and dryer combos work wonderfully in these tiny houses. Honestly, this model doesn’t take up much room, so you have loads of space to keep all your laundry clean, too.
And finally, the sliding barn door that leads to the bathroom. This is great because there’s no need to have space available for the door to swing out. Plus, that barn look is just really gorgeous.
From the storage space to the ceiling fan, this model really does have everything you would ever need for comfort and luxury. Even if you don’t live in Florida, you have to admit that outdoor shower is really neat.
