When Full Moon Tiny Shelters build their tiny houses, sometimes they’re designed with the future owner already in the mix and sometimes the owner comes along later and the builders tweak the home until it’s just right for them which was the case with the Birdhouse. Built on a 16-foot trailer and designed to give you a comfortable home in three seasons, the new owners worked with the builders to revamp the table and sleeping areas and have now hit the road in their new and improved tiny house on wheels.
The inside of the house has a white and natural wood palette with minimalistic styling and simple features like the latch that holds the bathroom door closed and the sleek pendant light over the pop-up table. The natural tones of the ceiling, floors, and door pair nicely with the crisp white walls and blue pop of the curtain under the counter.
A simple table can be used for dining, studying, or even prepping a meal and can be folded away when not needed.
Inside the bathroom, you have an RV toilet but no shower or sink. The counter outside can be used to get ready or to hold a small kitchen appliance.
The main dining table was designed to suit the new owners and now gives them tons of dining space or room to play games during the day.
The top bunk can be folded down while still leaving the table functional.
Or, you can collapse the table to form a large bed. How’s that for functionality?
This simple home showcases the builder’s ability to listen to owner’s wishes and make them a reality even if the tiny house has already been built! It also shows off their knack for creativity when it comes to storage and sleeping areas.
