Meet Trinity. She’s a 28 foot long 364 square foot tiny house built by Alabama Tiny Houses out of Mount Olive, Alabama. At first glance, you may think she doesn’t have anything unique to offer, but wait until you see you the layout inside!
The home has the super popular white and dark wood color scheme with shiplap siding for a clean and timeless look. But what’s different about this home is the open layout with the staircase in the back of the house! We’ve never seen this before and now we’re wondering why not?
The living room is spacious with room for a large couch and separate chair as well as a fireplace with a TV mounted above it. Exposed beams in the ceiling add architectural appeal to the room.
Another space-saving feature unique to this tiny house is that the builders combined the dining and laundry areas! The washer and dryer units are tucked under the end of the countertops which serves as the dining space with two stools.
The home has large windows and glass doors which let natural light flood in and illuminate the open floorplan. The house also has two separate sleeping lofts so it’s perfect for a family.
The kitchen has everything you need for comfortable living including tons of upper and lower cabinets, a refrigerator and freezer, a two-burner cooktop and a large sink with a high-end faucet.
A light blue tile backsplash adds charm without being distracting and pairs nicely with the white cabinets and countertops.
The large staircase leading to the main sleeping loft is, as mentioned before, located against the back of the home. Wide steps let you walk up without needing to balance and storage is under the staircase through the small door.
The loft has several square windows that can be opened to let in fresh air so the space doesn’t feel stuffy. Copper piping wraps the room which adds an industrial look while still serving a function.
The bedroom has a slightly pitched ceiling and is just the right size for a queen bed. When privacy is needed, a curtain can be pulled across the overlook.
The second loft is towards the front of the home and can be reached by this slim ladder.
The loft is big enough to be used as a second room with a twin bed or as a sitting or music room like pictured here.
The bathroom of the Trinity is another work of art featuring a custom tile shower and sink cabinet. The sink itself is molded glass with a unique mirror above it.
A full-sized toilet is next to the beautiful shower featuring multi-colored tiles in a herringbone pattern.
This gorgeous tiny house also has solar panels to save on utilities so it’s not only attractive but also eco-friendly. The Trinity model starts at $69,000 and you can see more of it by watching this video:
